AIDA level 3 - Freedive Panglao

Every year, I close my flooring business throughout the month of January, to recover from a manic Christmas rush.

2017 was the year of the Philippines.

First port of call was to Moalboal, Cebu to freedive into the massive school of resident sardines, straight from the shore.

I took a coached dive with Freedive Philippenes, before heading south of Cebu to catch the ferry to Bohol. Typhoons caused delays to the crossing.

Eventually made it Bohol and headed straight Freedive Panglao. They were still in the early stages of stting up in there new location, just of Danao beach.

I met the owner Stefan and signed up to do my AIDA 3, Stefan introcued me John Folkvord, a Norweigan instrctor. What a Guy!!!! Super cool, knowledgable and patient. i thought iwas a reat diver but John was able to clean up my technique orrientation and gave me the skills to get deeper!

The Staff and Facilities are top notch, not only that, there are often World Class / World Record holders in residence or training there.
