STATIC TRAINING TABLES
Never Freedive Alone!!
Always dive with a trained buddy!
CO2 tables are to build up tolerance / exposure to higher levels of Carbon Dioxide.
They are a safe method of training, as your oxygen levels are replenished during the intervals.
CO2 does not return to its neutral level by reducing the intervals .
Traditional CO2 Tolerance
50 -60% of your MAX Static (STA) = Breath hold time

8 Breath holds reducing the intervals by 5 seconds each round.
Beginning at 0:50

Example
Breath 0:50 - Apnea 1:15
Breath 0:45 - Apnea 1:15
Breath 0:40 - Apnea 1:15
Breath 0:35 - Apnea 1:15
Breath 0:30 - Apnea 1:15
Breath 0:25 - Apnea 1:15
Breath 0:20 - Apnea 1:15
Breath 0:15 - Apnea 1:15

Pyramid CO2 Table
50 -60% of your MAX Static (STA) = Breath hold time

8 Breath holds reducing the intervals by 10 - 05 seconds each round.
Beginning at 0:40 v 0:15 ^ 0:40

Example
Breath 0:40 - Apnea 1:15
Breath 0:30 - Apnea 1:15
Breath 0:20 - Apnea 1:15
Breath 0:15 - Apnea 1:15
Breath 0:15 - Apnea 1:15
Breath 0:20 - Apnea 1:15
Breath 0:30 - Apnea 1:15
Breath 0:40 - Apnea 1:15

1 Breath Recovery (Noble Tables)
40 -50% of your MAX Static (STA) = Breath hold time

8 Breath holdswith one breath recovery intervals

Example
Breath 2:00 - Apnea 0;50
1 x Breath - Apnea 0:50
1 x Breath - Apnea 0:50
1 x Breath - Apnea 0:50
1 x Breath - Apnea 0:50
1 x Breath - Apnea 0:50
1 x Breath - Apnea 0:50
1 x Breath - Apnea 0:50

Buddy intervals
Alternate Apnea & Buddying

One person does Static apnea, the other buddies / recovers.

Switch roles until both have completed 4 rounds or used up your time in the pool
